YOUR DOORMEN NEED TO BE FIRED AND REPLACED. THE ABSOLUTE RUDE AND ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR YOU FACE BEFORE EVEN ENTERING THE CLUB. YOU CANT EVEN MAKE IT TO THE FRONT DOOR HALF THE TIME BECAUSE THEY TURN AWAY PEOPLE FOR THEIR OWN PETTY REASONS. IF THEY HAVE TO WORK THERE, AT LEAST GIVE THEM A PUNCH BAG THEY CAN TAKE ALL OF THEIR UNRESOLVED ISSUES OUT ON THAT INSTEAD OF THE PUBLIC!!!!

Bongos is not what it used to be (pre pandemic). £12 entry on the door for mediocre garage music. From last night, this venue wasn't a safe space for girls. Lots of lone men lingering around and harassing girls. In all honesty, and absolute waste of £12 to be harassed by creepy men all night. I won't be going back Edit: another thing, the bouncers are insanely rude and on a massive power trip. This treatment wasn't towards me but scenarios I witnessed where I thought guests were being treated unfairly and poorly.

The bongo club seems like a good club. Sadly, that is not the case. Bongo club, run by a few bouncers who for some reason feel they're on top of the world. Responsible for three cases of assault in the brief period that I was present.

The doormen are on complete power trips. I was refused entry for ‘being too drunk and swaying side to side’, but i was near enough sober and also leant up against a wall whilst i opened up my covid pass so i could let people get past me in the queue. They just didnt like me. I asked for their names and they gave fake names and laughed. I managed to get a picture of one of the doormen. I was told by the club, we’re all human and make mistakes but judging by previous reviews, they pull this stunt a lot. These men should not be working as doormen. I dread to think how they treat their partners. They probably make them clip their toe nails and eat them. Such strange men. They were also turning people away for having fake covid passes. This may be the case with some people but it seemed to be happening with people of colour more than anyone else.
