I was trying to sort a time that suited me to visit the store and was being put under pressure to pay a £20 booking fee even though I needed to make sure the time suited my bridal party. I got a rude response from the owner Claire and decided to take my business elsewhere. The only bridal shop I’ve booked that wanted a booking fee when you hadn’t confirmed the time yet !

Back in August, I messaged the Bridal Suite because I had seen a dress in another boutique at home (in Ireland) and they stocked the particular designer. However, they didn’t have this particular style in stock but this was not a problem whatsoever. Claire promised to order the dress in so I could try it and I could not appreciate this enough. I then arrived to the appointment with two of my bridesmaids and Becca looked after us. We had sooo much fun and the appointment was so relaxed. Becca was amazing to work with and didn’t rush us in the slightest. I was so torn between two/three dresses because becca was so amazing at understanding what I liked and didn’t like and picking dresses out for me. Eventually after some Prosecco and many tears, I said yes to the dress. Today, I collected my dress from the shop. Again, there was no rush whatsoever and she went through all the details about the seamstress/ bits about packing my dress with me and again, Prosecco was enjoyed. The care and attention to detail in this store is second to none and I will be forever grateful for how lovely the experience has been at the bridal suite. You are second to none and made me feel so confident in any style I wanted. Thank you so so soooo much.

Found the most beautiful dress at the Bridal suite this weekend. Becky was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process and I can't wait to come back for my dress in a few months!

As mother of the bride can not thank enough. Was so professional and helpful to my daughter, letting her try on so many styles so we knew which was right. Love how its just you in the shop making the whole experience more special. Would definitely recommend The Bridal Suite Cheshire to any bride.
