zoe malps1 StarI wouldn't normally leave a negative review anywhere, however I would like to share my experience so others can avoid the same thing happening to them.
I visited Buchanan Galleries Car Park on 8th October. We had previously been camping and thought it would be great for the car to get an interior hoover while we were shopping for the day. We have never used the in car park service (The Car Wash Company) located on the 3rd floor beside the entrance to the shops before.
We had some troubles with the gentleman working when trying to ensure we were paying for the correct service. After agreeing the service and paying up front, he put a washcloth in the lock of our driver door and told us to leave with the key. We thought this was a tad strange, as we have never had to do that before when getting a valet service. We went away anyway and enjoyed our day, however when we returned to the car, the car wash was closed and our car battery had been completely drained.
We were completely stranded in the car park as we don't live locally. The car park attendants were unable to help us and the number on the notice boards for the car park went un-answered.
Please do not leave your car here whilst shopping, especially if you do not live locally. The customer experience from start to finish was terrible. We ended up having to pay a £99 AA charge and subscription fee to get someone to jump start the battery.
We paid £25 for this service.. Buchanan Street Car Park should reconsider who they trust with this contract. Very disappointing and dangerous had I been through for the day on my own.Friday 8th October 2021

Emmeline P2 StarI've used this service a few times over the years and have always been impressed, apart from this most recent time. The car looked clean on first inspection but in actual fact the car was still dusty and dirty on the inside. The glass was streaky and it was obvious that corners had been cut during the cleaning process. I won't be returning as the price isn't worth the result.Monday 12th July 2021
John McGuire1 StarPaid £29.95 for their exterior/interior clean with wheel wash. Cheaper wash at £19.95 didn’t include wheels. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Wheels were half cleaned when we picked up the car. Not the first time. They are convenient but very poor clean and expensive.Sunday 3rd March 2019
