I’ve been meaning to write to you for a while, but we have decided to write to express our thanks for the excellent service we received from you.
We especially noted the attention to detail from your staff Ian and Pete. Both were meticulous in making sure that everything was spot on. Having saved up for new carpets we were anxious that our new carpets would be perfect. We were not left disappointed.

Following the instructions of the guys in the shop, we emptied our room at home of furniture and ventilated the room. We also decided to prep the floor in advance to make the job as straightforward as possible for the carpet fitters.

Steve the carpet fitter is a real credit to the company, Been in the trade over 30 years knows his stuff, polite friendly good laugh and did a neat and tidy job. !
