Iam just not happy about this servis. I don't recommend this place.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Charged me DOUBLE the normal cost. Also tried to charge £45 for two loads of clothes to be washed and dried. Honestly so disappointed. I don't even know where to begin. I came here instead of the other laundry place on station road because i thought she was lovely. Ended up doing half my laundry at the other place and they charged me only £5 for a load! And she charged me £13 for the same thing... told me she needed to put it into two machines, but when i got there, i only saw one being used with all the clothes. She wanted me to leave so i couldnt see her put it in one machine and when i got back - She said she put them in for an extra spin just before i came. Literally caught her out lying to me and paid her double for SIMPLY A WASH. She didn't put them in the machine until i left and didnt want me to do it myself. And when i felt something was off and came back early to see it all in one machine she said she washed the other load in the back because 'its so busy' (FYI - It was empty and all the machines were empty)- i asked why the other machine next to it wasnt being used and then she mumbled something about them not working as well. I came back and saw the cycle end with ONE LOAD. She charged me DOUBLE and wouldn't acknowledge it. In fact she tried to add an extra £2 on for SPIN that i didnt ask for, saying that;'s why she put all the clothes in one load just before i came in??? what?? IF YOU WASH YOUR CLOTHES HERE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AND PUT THEM IN THE MACHINES YOURSELF, OR AT LEAST WATCH HER DO SO BECAUSE SHE WILL LIKELY CHARGE YOU WAY MORE. DO NOT PAY FOR SERVICE. ALSO SHE CHARGES £3 FOR DETERGENT - GO NEXT DOOR AND BUY A WHOLE BOX FOR THE SAME PRICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Lovely lady but it's a shame the clothes we gave in came back smelly.... like they had been washed and left out crumpled before they where dried..... the bedsheets where filthy clearly not boiled washed or even washed?... the same sick that was on them when they went in was still on them when I tired to change the bedsheets after they had come back.... the babies clothes still had puke and poop stains on.... cheap fabric cleaner etc had been used that smelt funny. Will not be coming back here again. Also the clothes had wired black marks on like foot prints or.track marks.... God alone knows where they hang the clothes to dry. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! YOUR BETTER OFF HAND WASHING THWM YOURSELF!

Curtains were dry cleaned well, but unfortunately had shrunk by 2 inches. Only found this out when i got home and hung them up as the lining was hanging 2 inches below the curtain. I was disappointed the shop never told me this had happened. I went back to the shop and discussed the matter only to be told they don't do refunds, and further more to fix the problem I would have to pay out more money. Extremely disappointed and won't be using there services again.
