Tim Platt1 StarMy wife and I visited with plans to purchase curtains and support a local small business. We were made to feel rushed, like they didn’t want our custom and generally uncomfortable. The person serving us provided a single quote despite us being interested in several fabrics, said she’d follow up with us but didn’t take any details…. I could go on, long story short, the person serving us was just rude and seemed to have prejudged us as either not serious buyers or buyers with a budget not worth their time.Saturday 12th February 2022
Jessica Critchley5 StarA friendly professional service. We originally purchased our black out blind for the bedroom when our youngest child was born to help with sleep times. We found them to be knowledgeable and helpful with a good selection for our large window. We have returned for another blind this year for our lounge and found the same service with a good selection to choose from. Our blinds are the honeycomb style that also have the benefit of making the room warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.Wednesday 8th December 2021

Everything looks great and the high quality has ensured durability in our busy family home. Their after-sales service is outstanding - the team has been so helpful and professional in really looking after us, even years after installation. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Lucy -Jean Lloyd5 StarThe staff at The Curtain Shop took so much care with our order recently, and when the fabric proved difficult to source because of the pandemic, they generously came and fitted elegant 'temporary' curtains for us to keep us cosy this Christmas! They also did a fabulous repair on some very tattered old velvet curtains which we have loved for 35 years - I can't recommend them more highly.Tuesday 5th January 2021
Karis Burton2 StarChose this place to support a local retailer. Chased for appointments to measure. Didn't QA our order before collection so ended up doing a 40 mile round trip to discover only 2/3 blinds could be installed (after a 5 week wait). Ws told a re ordered part would be ordered without delay and couriered to us. Three weeks later they call to ask did we want it couriered???? No courtesy call updating us, no follow up to ensure all is OK. Replacement parts were also unchecked, missing bloody fittings. Won't be using them again. Ps. Staff were very friendly and professional but definition of service and quality is when things go wrong, not when things run to plan.Monday 6th May 2019
