I rang at 12pm and asked for a blow dry, was told that was fine. They stated they shut at 5pm. I traveled 12 miles and arrived at 16-10, I was greeted by two females who asked what I was there for, I explained that I called ahead and wanted a blow dry. They had one person waiting for a cut and said that they couldn’t do it for me. They stated they shut at five, and neither of them had a lunch break! I argues my case and stated that I called ahead. They said sorry and that they wouldn’t do it. AVOID at all costs, rude, non helpful and false.

I had the most fantastic hair cut today, and at an amazing price. It was s spur of the moment decision and I didn't have to make an appointment, but there was a short wait until a hairdresser became available, but it was worth the wait. So pleased I visited.

I had the red headed lady cut my hair and absolutely bodged it up!!! My hair was previously touching my bottom! I wanted it short with layers, I got the short hair (shoulder length) and what I can call huge chunky noticeable layers! This style is Something my 3 year old would do if I asked her to cut my hair! Absolutely devastated! They need to employ people who are actually trained in cutting hair!! Never am I going there again! 😡
