The Deodar Cedar and the everlasting swing:
Our director and lead climber could be found with the latest super soaker under this tree, next it would see his children swinging from it but then after a particularly dry spell, it sadly died. But we like a happy ending here for our trees! A team effort was made to fell the tree and get milling! The tree would become the swing itself for the little ones and their little ones and also a bench for the older more grumbly family members.
A spot was also sought out for a brand new Deodar and who knows maybe the greatgrandchildren will get to have a super soaker fight underneath this one.

P, Vanhoeck5 StarOwen and his fellow workers were punctual, polite and very professional. The work was carried out exactly as requested with minimum disruption to the local traffic and other residents. Owen proved not only very knowledgable about his craft but also extremely competitive with his costs. Tessa Cunningham5 StarOwen Burgess advised and undertook some extensive work in our garden to reduce the height of and reshape some trees which were long overdue professional attention.
He also cut back hedges which where generally overgrown. Owen left the garden tidy taking and disposing of all the vegetation.
The garden is now a more attractive and functional space for to enjoy.

Tamsin Perrett5 StarOwen did a brilliant job on a massive apple tree and pine that had barely been touched for at least 20 years, safely clearing dangerous branches and using his artistry and ecological knowledge to reshape both. He was polite, friendly and professional; he chipped the wood for me and left the garden very tidy. I have already booked a second job later in the year.Saturday 27th March 2021
