I rarely write reviews. However I have been working closely with Esland in partnership with their recruitment team. I have worked with many individuals and placed them at various homes nationwide. In every circumstance, I have received nothing but positivity - every candidate has spoken in depth about not only great onboarding, but also being given a clear understanding of future opportunities. Each manager placed has been overjoyed by the level of autonomy given at that level whilst having a clear senior management structure. Working professionally myself with Esland, the HR team are all friendly, hardworking and focused at achieving the best results for the individuals placed in their homes.
