Charges for under use when the pump price was cheaper than what they were charging
Charged for them changing my payment from weekly to monthly which they had audacity to call a charge a benefit
Charged for something called Ecopoint which apparently helps my company with their carbon footprint as they are going to plant trees on our behalf
