After visiting Gandhi numerous times for takeaway and being incredibly impressed by the quality of the food, I insisted on taking 14 friends there for a group meal. We were allotted a long table, enough to seat all of us and were looked after very well by the staff. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed their food and beer, which arrived promptly and with a smile. Unlike most curry houses, the pints of Cobra/Kingfisher are actually very reasonably priced. As others have said, the portions are great and the food itself is delicious. With such a vast menu, there is something for everybody.
I would certainly return again, for eat in or takeout, with a few friends or with many!
