As he was local and had had a cancellation he said he could come this afternoon. I live out of town, and therefore require a reliable service provider who will take care of Gas Safety Certification. The Gas Doctor sends me a reminder in a timely fashion via post that the service is due. I call tenant(s) to find the most suitable dates that we are all mutually happy with and the services is carried out. It is all as simple as that!
I don't need to think about it at all, The Gas Doctor behind the scene understands my exact requirements as a Landlord and get's it all done, year after year.
