I went in there and had to wait a fair while as the guy was taking his time because he seemed more intent on talking to his friend who was there rather than cutting the customer's hair. When it was my turn I again noticed his attention was more focused on chatting to his friend than it was on cutting my hair. I did not feel that the barber cared at all about doing a good job, it was like he wanted to get it finished so he could talk to his friend again. It was also annoying because whenever the barber would ask me a question his friend would always butt in and take over the conversation, diverting the barber's attention away from cutting my hair. I asked him about cutting my hair shorter round the sides, he recommended that a shave round the sides of my head would look good, however, upon completion I realised it was too short for my liking. However, he did not shave the hair next to my ears that forms the top of your side burns, leaving them the same length, which meant I have had to get someone else to shave these bits so they blended in. He also did not trim any of the hair on the top, leaving it long and making it stand out in a bad way. You might ask why I didn't say anything, the answer is that I suffer from social anxiety quite badly and I don't like arguments or confrontation. I also felt quite intimidated because the barber's friend was there and I felt that if I were to argue they would both gang up on me. Plus the barber was a big guy and so was his friend, and with only being short I did not fancy getting hurt. Would not go there again and would not recommend.
