You are wonderful kind and caring people and we appreciate that you give 110% to your residents. The Grange is such a happy home it has been a real family feel and we enjoy being part of that family when we visit.

Thanking you all for taking such good care of my aunt when she was with you. She became fond of you all and when in hospital was always asking to go "home" as she felt so looked after in your care.

Your reputation, established over the past 25 years, goes before you. Whenever The Grange is mentioned, the reaction is positive. Thank you for all you are doing for Mum.

Dear Karen and your amazing carers. We cannot convey just how much the care you gave to mum in her last few days meant to us all, you all went beyond your job roles to make mum’s last days with us comfortable and peaceful – it was carried out with such kindness and good humour, lifting our spirits at this difficult time. She could not have got better care. There is no question that you’re all very special people, as well as helping mum you gave great comfort to myself, Mike and the rest of the family in our last days with mum. The words ‘thank you’ do not convey just how grateful we all were, heartfelt thanks go to each and every one of you. Such a brilliant team.

To All the staff at the Grange. A bit thank you for helping to make mum’s birthday a memorable celebration. Geoff the musician was excellent, also the afternoon tea. Thanks also for letting the family use the small lounge.

Hi Steve. Just a quick email to thank you for all you did for Gran. Especially in the last weeks, being able to care for her at The Grange so she did not have to go to hospital, meant everything to her. I cannot fault the girls on their care or commitment which was outstanding. Hopefully when the Rhododendrons flower next spring, they will be a reminder for everyone of how she love the garden there. Many thanks.

To the Manager and Staff of the Grange. Dear Karen. A note from our family to express our thanks for the care you gave to my sister, particularly in the last year of her life. She could not have had a more helpful and happy environment, and I know that she appreciated the kindness and the skill of the staff. Personally, to visit the Grange was like coming into a united family. With best wishes.

To Karen and all the Staff at the Grange. We cannot thank you enough for all the wonderful care you have given to mum over the past four years. She was very happy living here and it was always comforting for us to know how well she was being looked after. You always made us so welcome. Thank you again to a really great team for all your kindness and hard work. It has been greatly appreciated by us all.

Dear Steve, Caroline and all your wonderful staff. Just wanted to say a huge thank you, which is really not enough, for the care and love you gave our mum whilst she was with you. Mum could not have been looked after better and we really appreciated all the care you gave her. It has been a difficult time for the family but made much easier knowing she has been in the best of hands with everything she needed, knowing she was happy with you all. That has made such a difference to us. Once again thank you all, we hope you all realise how invaluable you all are and what a difference you make to people’s lives by doing what you do.

To "The Friends" and their wonderful staff. We just wanted to say a huge thank you! Mum's progress since she has been at The Grange has been amazing. The constant stimulation of having to interact with people has helped Mum immensely.

Dear Mrs Friend, Joyce and Sharon. I want to thank all most sincerely for moving all my belongings and storing them away so neatly.

Just wanted to say thank you sooooo much for all you have done for my Mum and for us.

From the moment we met you and stepped into The Grange we were met with welcoming warmth and a lovely feeling of what a lovely home you are keeping.

Mum is very happy and settled with you and your wonderful staff who look after her in every way possible and go beyond their duties to care for her.

Please pass our thanks on to all your lovely staff and let them know how valued they are by the families they look after; we're sure they do not realise in their day to day work what a difference they make just by doing what they do.

Thanks once again Steve and we will definitely be recommending The Grange as the best Care Home in Ashford because that what you all do is CARE and that is what it's all about.

Dear Di, Malcolm, Steven and all the Carers. Thank you to all of you for your care and kindness shown to our Mum. You really did make a difference to the last years of her life - a second family to her.

Dear Mr and Mrs Friend and staff at The Grange. Thank you all so much for looking after my lovely Grandmother. The care, attention and support given , and shown to Grannie was excellent and so reassuring to us all here in the West Country to know that Grannie was in extremely safe and good hands. Thank you too - for the many cups of tea and biscuits offered, and gratefully received on our visits. At The Grange, it is very much apparent that nothing is too much trouble.

To the wonderful staff at The Grange, with our love thanks and gratitude for all the care and support you gave to Mum during her years with you.

To Staff and Residents of The Grange Thank you so much for the opportunity to work at The Grange! I’ve really enjoyed working with you all and hope to be back soon! Thank you!

I just wanted to thank you and all your Staff for the loving care you gave to Mum the whole time that she was with you. It was a big step for Mum to leave her home and to move into a Residential Home but she very quickly settled in and had many happy years with you all.

Words are not enough to express our gratitude for the kindness and help you have given to Mum during the last two years, also the support you have given to my brother and myself.

To everyone at The Grange.

We just like to say thank you very much for the wonderful care you all gave mum during her two and a half years with you. It was all the little extra touches which made it such a special time when we know we could have found it all very difficult.

We were also made to feel part of the ‘Grange Family’ and shall miss you all. You had all become such a big part of our lives.

My Mum is very happy and settled at The Grange. The staff are so friendly and caring and they look after the residents' every need. The house is homely with a pretty garden for sitting out in. I would thoroughly recommend The Grange.

My Nan moved in to The Grange in March 2019 and it immediately felt homely and friendly. The staff are fantastic, they are always happy and friendly and have always got time to talk to you. Nan feels comfortable with staff and they help her no matter what. The Grange has been especially good during lockdown, they set up Skype so we could keep contact with her during the lockdown but still be safe. They have kept us up to date with everything they have been doing to make sure all the residents are safe and that they are following all the guidelines. We never have to worry about our Nan because we know she’s safe and happy and surrounded by lovely people.

I have worked at the Grange since June 2018 and I don't think that you would be able to find a more friendly and caring environment for your loved one.
