Service was great the food was ok. I had the brie, mushroom & spinach Wellington. It was a bit gritty and not much brie. The taste was a bit bland and the gravy made the pastry soggy. My husband's meal of mussels and chips was nice though. The chips were really crispy. We shared a sticky toffee pudding and asked for ice cream, but it came with custard and ice cream. It was tasty but not as rich as expected. I think we might have been given the syrup pudding instead.

Very nice and relaxed pub, extremely friendly and efficient staff. The friendliness of the staff rubs on on the customers, who all seem cheerful and like the place. It's a shame I'm not local. I lived within a few miles, I would certainly make it my local.

Beautiful pub in an idyllic setting. The food however was about as basic as it gets. My small burger arrived on an un-buttered bun with a Macdonald's type small patty and a few chips. For the price, I expected much more.

We had a fantastic lunch at the Green Dragon in the garden. As you can see from the photo’s it was excellent. They follow all the correct Covid rules.
