It was an amazing feeling to be back to The Gym Group after re-opening. The Gym Group has the best equipment and atmosphere of all gyms I've been to the UK, and they doing are really a great job maintaining a very high hygienic level for us passionate gym lovers. Glad to be back! I’ve been coming to The Gym Group for 7 years. It’s never too busy and I feel safe in my space. Cheap gym. Loads of space. Weights, machines and plyometric apparatus. 4 stars as no pool. The folk are all nice. Mixture of people. Never had to wait for equipment. Let's get training!!!

Depends what time you go. I venture 6am on weekends and after 8pm weekdays. Peak times it can be nigh on impossible to follow a workout regime as equipment at a premium. 24 hours a day, so people can go when it suits. Have had 1 close contact and 1 positive Covid test since I joined. Noticeable that although many do follow the 'wipe down equipment', there are plenty that don't, which defeats the entire purpose.

Just joined today, amazing value for money. Massive selection of machines for every type of workout. Huge sprawling gym area so no overcrowding. Over 20 treadmills and cross trainers. Clean changing area with individual cubicles with powerful showers. One of, if not the best gym I've ever attended. 10/10
