A truly exceptional experience!! Had a wonderful cut from the gorgeous Libby, with advice from Paula I know more about my hair now than the 47 years it’s been on my head!! Super friendly and welcoming they really know their stuff!! I can not thank you enough and look forward to seeing you again.

After a disastrous attempt at home colour, I popped in to see if they could do anything to rectify what I had done. Paula (yes, same name as me!) talked me through the options and recommended that we try a colour remover initially and take it from there. Amazingly, she fitted me in the following day! I think she could tell how unhappy I was and took pity on me! The colour remover worked fabulously and Paula then said she could do some highlights to give a more natural look. To say that I am happy with the outcome would be an understatement! From my very first desperate phone call, to the minute I walked out with my hair finished, I cannot praise the service, the professionalism and the genuine friendliness and understanding highly enough. Would I recommend this salon? Absolutely. Will I use them again? Without a doubt. Will I ever colour my own hair again? NEVER!!! Cannot thank them enough. Paula Welch
