Krystyna Plater1 StarSadly I am a leaseholder with Hyde in Lewisham. What an appalling organisation. I am a pensioner as are many people who live in my block. This company is all about money grabbing from people who can least afford it like myself. I have just been presented with a potential £9000 bill for 'waking watch' that I was never consulted about. This bill on top of other bills I receive on top of a monthly £180 service charge for a tiny one bedroom flat. Hyde should be ashamed of themselves, making money out of poorer members of society. Andrei Ianovskii1 StarAppalling housing organisation. Great sellers, great brochures, as long as they sing a contract with you - everything great. But when problems arise - you will be flooded with email chains of their sub-contractors of sub-contractors who doesn't give a toss about your problems.
