At the KBB Company we love kitchens, from the simplest of functional rooms to the most spatial design projects we love them all.  From your very first visit to our stunning kitchen showroom we strive to find out what’s important to you and make the whole journey enjoyable.

What size is the room, is it primarily a working kitchen or more the heart of the home with entertaining and of course costs have to be considered, all these elements are important to us both.

Our product range is extensive from Rational’s contemporary lacquers to Prentice Furniture’s hand-made cabinetry. To compliment this our showroom is equipped with live appliances for a true interactive experience.

However, where we really excel is customer care, our full in-house design, administration and installation service is all located here at KBB House so we are in control of every process to deliver your expectations.

We have just used KBB to instal a full new kitchen. The whole team, from design to installation, were very professional. Claire’s design ideas and advice enhanced the quality of the layout and style of the kitchen and she also helped to incorporate our own ideas into the design. The installation team of Allan and Owen were on time every morning, they explained each stage of the job very clearly, they were able to overcome issues created by the previous installation, they worked with us to ensure as little disturbance as possible as we both work from home and always left the job clean and tidy every evening. The finished work is of a very high standard and the whole project was completed in the timescales given at the outset. I would have no hesitation in using them again for other projects or recommending them to friends and family.

A very good company and a good experience for us. We had two wardrobes replaced. The planning and design process was thorough with opportunities for feedback and our input. The installation process was excellent. The unwanted wardrobes were dismantled and the new ones fitted by an excellent team of two, Alan and Innes. They took great care to ensure a first rate job and were keen to discuss the finer points of the installation with us.

I recently had some very nice wardrobes fitted, the standard of work by Sean was very good. Unfortunately the overall experience was not good enough: After deciding on the design and giving the go ahead I was informed fitting would be between 8 and 10 weeks, this was due to work backlogs caused by covid: no issues with that. Once I entered the expected fitting time frame I sent an email asking if a date was available, this was not responded to however just over 1 week later I received a telephone call with a fitting date. I was told I'd receive written confirmation however nothing arrived. The day before the fitting I hadn't received any contact regarding if the chaps were still coming and what time to expect them, a courtesy telephone call would have been nice. Wardobes fitted, very nice work: I called the next day to confirm details for payment. I was informed I'd receive confirmation once this cleared, but again I am yet to receive anything. Unfortunately I did not feel the overall experience was good enough. Let down by poor communication.
