Terry Graham1 StarVarious items missing from order so had to return with cold meal. Manager agreed to replace missing items but would not replace entire meal - offering instead to put my other dishes "back in the pan to warm them up."
When I asked for a full refund he refused to talk to me and instructed his counter staff to tell me to Fxxx off.
I secured my refund then enterred the kitchen via an open door to talk with him and explain the error of his ways........ and noticed that my returned meal was already being carefully unboxed!!!

Natalie Baxter5 StarOrdered earlier on this afternoon on Uber Eats and selected the time 18:00pm it arrived on the dot! The food was lovely and very filling. The chips were great, not like the usual soggy ones you get elsewhere. Thank you very much for a great service, will definitely recommend and be using again :)Saturday 28th November 2020
