Excellent help from the manager. Both myself and & Wife required kit for our honeymoon in the north coast of Scotland. The manager spent a good 10-15 minutes talking explaining the function of each type of clothing material so that we could get the best value for money. He was also very honest about what would be worthwhile for us and did not automatically push for the most expensive option. He gave a good comprehensive overview of the pro’s and cons of each jacket. Will definitely come back whenever I need any other outdoor gear!

This has got to be one of the most pleasant stores to visit anywhere in the country. All the staff are friendly, well informed on their products and super efficient. Joe really stands out. Joe embodies how customer service used to be. My son and I bought a jacket and Joe made it a superb customer experience. I wish we could buy everything here!!! Other businesses take note. This is how you generate customer loyalty.
