justanothergamer 1011 StarWas only here for a few weeks. It was horrible. No training, just pointed to where to start working as soon as we hit the factory floor first time. Workers (including myself) were shouted down at alot and to a needless degree. Poor communication. Nobody knew where to put the pallets of pizza bases because the location of where they had to go would change alot and nobody would tell you. Cramped working conditions. Egotistical coordinator/tick in guy decided to lie about me coming in late to the manager due to a altercation we had the previous shift, she then sent me home because there was "no proof" I arrived on time. Yeah... these good reviews are clearly from people who are either easily impressed, or are from fake accounts.Saturday 15th January 2022

THEY TREAT YOU AS IF YOU’VE BEEN WORKING THERE FOR YEARS SO YOU PICK UP THE TASKS FAST. YOU GET SHOUTED AT FOR DOING THE LITTLEST MISTAKES SOMEONE ELSES MISTAKE, YOU GET BLAMED FOR IT..NOBODY IS BRITISH AT PIZZA FACTORY. THEY 100% ALL SPEAK IN THEIR LANGUAGE MAKING YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.. THEY TALK TO YOU AS IF YOU ARE DUMB...Tuesday 10th November 2020
