Excellent experience. I’ve used The Press Gang for curtain alterations, dry cleaning, and wash/press services and have been satisfied in all respects. Furthermore, better value compared to other providers in the area and average London rates. Will continue to use them on a regular basis.

Disappointed, might not return. Though the repair quality was good, I was not happy about the price. First I had a rip stitched with a patch, initially told £8 then when I came to pay it became £10.. acceptable I thought fair enough. Then went to get an inner pocket hole stitched, told it would be £2-3 and when came to pay it was also £10 for a single stitch to two pockets! Felt like they were taking advantage. If I return here (and given the plenty alternatives in chiswick I probably won’t), I’d say secure the price in writing before agreeing the work.

I've used this service for many years. Never any problems. Always a smiling face and very helpful staff. Not least when I've lost the ticket or think I have, they always manage to track down my clothes. Ironing is beautiful. (Occasionally shirt collars get a bit squashed out of shape while hanging.)

Recently started working in the Chiswick area and needed somewhere to get my shirts ironed while at work. To my surprise I found the same company that I use while at home in Ealing. The service here is just as great as the Ealing branch. Staff are very friendly, and most importantly my shirts are ironed perfectly :). You can tell the management make great effort to ensure the friendly customer service is provided. Highly recommended laundry service.
