I went there for my daughter's first haircut to get her tick fringe sorted by professionals. When I came out it was looking ok, but we went to the swimming pool immediately after and when her hair got wet it was very clear it was a very poor job. I thought it was mainly my daughter's fault as she was moving a lot, so I went back; they admitted it was not well done and they tried to fix it a bit. I did appreciate that and I thought about giving it another try. The second time it went ok (not good, but decent) as both my daughter was still and the girl did understand her hair much better. So we went a third time. The moment we left, it was looking ok also because she got some nice plates done and it was not immediately noticeable that it was a very poor job this time. The moment I washed her hair again the day after, it was very clear that the fringe was simply a shameful job, again. It was all uneven! So 2 out of 3 times it was a very bad job. I am very sorry, as they are nice people, but never again for me.

One of the trainees, Trinity, gave me a full hair restyle and did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend this salon, it was lovely and clean and the stylists are friendly and very competent ❤️ (Before and after photos!)
