Disabled, wheelchair users not welcome Visited here today with a family member who is a wheelchair user. To be met with items of stock/display placed on almost every corner and half way up and down the isles. Step ladders propped up against shelving, stacks of stock piled all over the place. We could barely move without either having to turn around, having to move numerous item to be able to get through, being scratched and caught on items. I have been pushing a wheelchair for decades and have never been so frustrated. There were several other customers who at several points saw that our way was barred and were moving items for us. The wheelchair user said she had never felt so nervous and unwelcome in a shop. We approached the customer desk to explain our experience in the hopes that the next wheelchair users experience would be better. We were polite and patient. The two managers who spoke to us were rude, dismissive and confrontational. Clearly had no care for what was being said and wanted us to just disappear. When Weexplained how much of the shop was not clear enough to get through and a danger to a wheelchair user, I’ve were told “ well we are allowed to put stock where we want to” The. Please, the Range Hereford, place a sign on your door saying “ disabilities not welcome, not wheelchair accessible “ Shame on you

Good place to get paint wallpaper and other things to use for DIY, furniture,bedding, lighting, household nicknacks, toys, camping, clothes, pet supplies, garden supplies, confectionery, some phone accessories, Halloween items only around the time shops put it up and Christmas items only around the time shops put it up toy's, stationery, cleaning, fabric, food & artificial flowers
