The shop itself is OK and you can find nice house items at a better place than in other stores but the staff there is not really keen on working. I dread going to shop there just because I know it is always a long time waiting in the queue...not because there will be so many people in the line but because of the reduce number of tills functioning and even the ones in use move very very slowly because the employees are more keen on chatting than working.My last visit there was at 9am and the only till open was the customer service one where normally the returns are dealt with.I ask a couple of employees which were chatting in the counters area if there is a till open and been directed to the customer service one .There were two people in front of me and the lady which was already assisting someone called for another till to be opened.A gentleman arrived but he was more keen to chat with the customer then processing a 1 min return (1 item). I have been waiting in line 10+ minutes for one person in front to be assisted before me practically.A little less chatting and more wish to work would be needed!

Great place for house hold shopping. Amazing range of home decor products too. Almost everything is available at this store. I love the garden center here, amazing seasonal plants and garden decors. In season you get fruit tree for very low cost. Tons of product for everything from furniture, home decor, toys to electric.

Good shop for homeware but very untidy. Was looking for duct/gaffer tape and most items strewn on the shelf not in correct place nothing priced. This unfortunately is like a lot of the store. The outdoor garden area could do with a sweep and tidy as there are several tripping hazards. A great shame as it could be a good store

Katie on net curtains , v. friendly, helpful. Travelled from S. Bristol as the store nearby didn't have the style I liked. I telephoned the store and Claire checked the stock and said we have plenty. Very pleased. New net curtains look v. Nice. Brilliant male staff even on checkout.

I just love coming to see the new range of plants. This store appears to have a greater selection than most. Unfortunately the plants can look past their best very quickly, although the prices don't match their appearance. Could it be that the store is now using the staff who used to attend to the plants, to maintain the indoor stores shelves? Their staff used to knowledgeable and had a keen eye in their maintenance, pricing and placement. Often now you'd imagine them to be FREE, since the prices have disappeared. The Range, if you're listening. Please consider having enough staff to keep your living stock looking their best. They need to have the knowledge and interest in the plants, to compete with the likes of B&Q, B&M, Aldi or Lidl. You may not be a garden centre or nursery, but you've got a wider range than most supermarkets, but your prices are higher than them, and We have to queue for longer to pay. Maybe if the plants didn't look past their best and queues at the tills were slashed ( this is the main problem with all Range stores) you'd sell more.
