My fiancé and I came here as part of three days away and we couldn't have been happier. Situated within the Westgate Leisure Centre its extremely easy to get to with loads of parking on site. Don't let the leisure centre tag put you off this is a well run separate business that obviously delivers exceptional care to its customers, this was evident in the research and reviews leading up to us coming here. On the day we were greeted by Lynda who was lovely and a pleasure to speak with. We were seen to on time and led to our clean, tidy and well presented treatment rooms. Our masseuses (Lucy & Caitlin) were attentive and professional in manner. The full body massages were fantastic and for the extremely reasonable price in this day and age we considered them a bargain. We would highly recommend The Sanctum for a massage and should we be in town again will undoubtedly return.

I had the Back, Neck & Shoulder massage and it was fantastic. Maria was the masseusse and she did a great job; next day I was not in pain anymore.

I had The Star Treatment facial and Heavenly Hands with shellac high gloss finish which left me feeling luxuriously clean and refreshed. The staff were courteous and professional and provided good value for money. I would highly recommend going toThe Sanctum for their good range of body therapies.
