It is a very large bar so getting a seat was pretty easy. There is also a lot of outdoor seating. The bar serving area itself is pretty long and there appears to be a decent selection of drinks. My party opted for a locally brewed real ale which was pretty good. They so serve food and do drinks promotions. The clientele was very much on the younger side, although we were in on a Friday, so to be expected. I dropped two stars mainly because it's not my preferred type of bar and the toilets could do with some care and attention. Broken locks on cuticles, easy to fix but looks as if it's been that way for a long time.

Huge barnlike space lacking in atmosphere. Has a barmaid with a voice like a chainshaw. A few old codgers who seem to be in every night and act as though they own it. They have access to the disabled loo and use the fire door when they go out for a smoke rather walking the few yards further to the actual entrance. UPDATE This has to be the coldest pub in Sheffield. It's not only the customers but also the staff who use the fire exit doors to access the outdoor area and they invariably leave them open. Tonight though one of the doors bears an out-of-order sign which says "for emergency use only"!You couldn't make it up.
