The Snooty Mehmaan

Located outside Littleworth village on the A420 near Faringdon, Oxfordshire and surrounded by the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside. The restaurant itself holds many of the original buildings strong architectural features including original oak beams and flooring give The Snooty Mehmaan its strong and natural environment that amplifies both the mood and the creative food on offer.

A very nice place. Spacious inside with ample parking. Food was nice with brunch consisting of a buffet menu of a section of breakfast and lunch items. Best suggestion was to start with the bacon, sausage and hash brown, then onto chicken wings and chargrilled chicken pieces. Then onto the curry, which the butter chicken was especially nice. Finally finished with some chocolate cake. There were other items such as fruit salad, however this is what I had. Bit on the pricey side coming in at £78 Inc drinks for 2 adults and 2 kids. But we'll worth the money. Will be sure to add photos next time I go.

We went to celebrate my son's 50th we were a party of 6. Staff were welcoming, attentive but not intrusive and really made us feel valued as customers. The venue is spotless and tastefully decorated and on a day when the temperature had been 38c the air conditioning was very much appreciated. There was an extensive wine and food menu and we were given plenty of time to choose. Food was hot and really good quality. A nice touch was a Happy Birthday voucher for £10 off future booking. Not the cheapest but still good value. We all thoroughly enjoyed our first visit and will certainly be going back.

We had a post covid family gathering for 26 of us, covering 3 generations. The oldies stayed in the brand new accommodation at The Snooty Mehmaan…..which was extremely well presented, having very comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. A bowl of fresh fruit was also in each of the 3 rooms, which again was a very thoughtful touch. The Snooty Mehmaan, provided a great buffet lunch for the 26 of us on the following lunchtime which everyone commented on in a very positive way, the children tucked into several helpings….a sure sign they enjoyed the food! Assad and his team were helpful and thoughtful the whole time and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. I took time to wonder along the gardens at the back of the Restaurant, and thought how lovely they were, with a huge pond and pagoda……which would make it an ideal place for a wedding! Thank you Assad and team for facilitating a great family time.

Popped in for breakfast and we were so impressed. Great choice of traditional cooked breakfasts, brunch favourites and Indian alternatives. Friendly welcome, food cooked to perfection. Felt like a real treat to visit for breakfast. We will definitely be back

Took my wife here today. I can honestly say it is the best curry we have had. Served beautifully in a 3 course meal style. Great service. Reasonable price. 5 star
