I would consider these people my first point of call for anything to do with computers or printers or that sort of thing. They are very good and make a point of understanding your problem instead of ticking boxes on a checklist

Tech Heroes were efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very accessible and very understanding of someone with limited IT capability. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

When our printer packed up the Tech heroes sorted us out with a new user friendly printer…..a slightly older model which met our needs precisely and was more economical. I was amazed how easy it was to set up and sync with the wifi. The young man who served us assured us he would be there to help if we needed it. A much better experience than buying on line. I would certainly recommend them.

Took my pc in because I broke my processor staff was very helpful and ordered my parts in and got fixed quick and now pc is running smooth and quick thanks guys I will be back

Upgrade to pc after GPU had died. Decided to go with new mo'bo' GPU, CPU and PSU managed to transfer all files and OS from my old SSD even though key had been lost. Sort that later. He even stopped after hours Friday to ensure pc was ready to pick up Saturday morning Got the baby home and it's running smooth as butter. Fantastic service and came in on budget Loads of other stocked items so will be back for further upgrades as and when. Friendly, fast, efficient, knowledgeable , honest and open.
