Daisy changed my life and the way I train. After breaking 6 vertebrae in my spine, I was generally always left with pain and aches after sessions. Fitted my daughter in super fast for a physio appointment after injury, saw Jeff who was really thorough and fully explained what he was doing and why - we left with a full picture of what was wrong, detailed exercises to correct both issues, and frequency.
