I cannot fault the service with these guys. I had to look for a new car having had to scrap both mine and my wife’s cars within the space of 6 weeks. We went to the value car centre and found a car for each of us. There were no pressure sales and we found the guys at the dealership very accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, like any car, things can go wrong and when my one did still within the warranty period, I contacted them & they bent over backwards to resolve and repair the issues. I had regular updates and got my car back today. I dare say that my car is now running even better than when I first got it. Thanks to everyone at the car centre. First class and professional

I bought a Ford Focus from the Value Car Centre 3 years ago. They took my old focus in part exchange and the whole transaction was smooth. Three years later I am happy to report that the focus is still going well with no problems. Good service thank you.

I bought a Tesla Model 3 Performance from the guys at TVCC, really nice, friendly and not pushy. Unaccompanied test drive, as much time as I wanted to look at the car. Allow you to secure a car with a small deposit taking the potential stress of missing out of the car. I highlighted some issue with the car all of which they sorted (or made provision to sort) before I collected the car. Owning the car for 2 months now, I've had one or two issues which they have resolved without push back. Overall I would buy from them again, and have recommended them to friends and family. Perfection from my 1st phone call to delivery of my perfect car today. Honestly I cannot recommend The Value Car centre enough. A************plus a million stars ⭐️ Here is our story. Due to a non fault accident our car was unfortunately written off. My work entails needing a large car with multiple seats and thought we had found our dream car from a garage online. Unfortunately this was not the case!! When new car was delivered due to Covid I had bought this online with numerous guarantees backed up by advert I was shocked to find was clearly not as advertised and the customer service received to rectify was zero response and after 2 weeks of continuing worsening faults the car had bought was not drivable with major faults and deemed unsafe by manufacturers and returned. This resulted in weeks of stress phone calls to return and receive monies back we are talking thousands. I had alerts set up for another vehicle of same spec (pretty rare) and The Value Car Centre advertised one available. I called immediately and was greeted by Jason at 730am who was beyond cheerful and helpful must be a morning person 😊 he was on way to garage and sent me the photos had within 2 minutes and advised car was on way to him and would give me specifications once had actually seen car. Jason called back within 30 mins gave me full description of car interested in and sent more photos. Jason answered all my hundreds of questions, after my negative experience from a not so reputable garage and reassured me that I would not receive this car or be allowed to put a deposit on until he had fully checked and knew it would meet my needs. I was desperate I’m a childminder and needed wheels asap as school holidays and had a lot of activities and family commitments that required a vehicle, still the same answer no vehicle will leave us until it is perfect and what you want and need. There were a couple things required that this vehicle didn’t have ie parking sensors I’m blonde and going backwards in a large Mercedes Viano without some direction was a must! This wasn’t a problem Jason just said said we’ll fit them, I told him about previous cars faults and my concern about buying another car online (they are 170 miles away so couldn’t realistically view) and was completely reassured by that’s fine we’ll do a full MOT and Service fix anything and even advisories which turned out to be all the brakes, tyres, handbrake and few cosmetic details, this was above and beyond and still hadn’t asked for anything. Once they were happy I would be happy with Luna we named her she’s beyond gorgeous 🤍 I paid a small deposit as had to wait for the other unnamed unprofessional garage to release my large deposit and finance back, this took over a week, again Jason was kind compassionate and patient and nothing was a problem. John called to arrange finance for the remainder he was calm, kind and understanding he sorted everything out (amongst my tears and stress) so that I could receive Luna when she was perfect and they were happy I would be happy. They took all the stress away and instilled faith, belief and went out of their way to ensure I was buying a car I not only wanted for my business but that was safe for myself, my children and minded children to travel in. They then delivered car on agreed date and time with a full tank of fuel with the loveliest driver keeping me informed all the way. He was greeted by a large group of excited children and myself and took time to show me around Luna and ensure I was happy. I cannot express how much I appreciated all their time, effort, attention to detail and above all their customer service. Luna is gorgeous drives like a dream and more perfect than advertised. I 100% recommend The Value Car Centre their customer service is impeccable and they are all lovely 🥰

I purchased a BMW in April 23 and dealt with Jay throughout. From the beginning he was very friendly and professional. I found a couple of very minor defects which he promised to resolve and deliver the car to my home which he did. I was very impressed and would highly recommend.
