But the reason I've still given them 4 stars is because if you need something from upstairs, do ask a member of staff for what you are looking for and they will go upstairs and bring it to you, if there is a selection they will bring them for you to choose.Thursday 7th November 2019

Ben Gillbanks4 StarGood value books but it can be super hot (especially upstairs) and there doesn't appear to be a lift to get upstairs. We would like a lift for the pram, but for elderly/ less able bodied it would be harder since the stairs are quite steep and there's a lot of them.Saturday 8th September 2018
