Mr9barbilly5 StarI called on a Sunday, took a while answering so I hung up; few minutes later they called me! Well that's service. I explained the error code on my machine, the lad came round, pretty much on time, and although it couldn't be fixed straight away he came back when he said he would and fixed it.
