We got front door keys cut at a different Timpsons but there was a slight issue with them. I took them here and the chap sorted them out no questions asked and no charge. He even did me an extra one from his stock just in case. They were all perfect, Thankyou!

The gentleman in Timpsons at Tesco Warndon villages is so friendly and helpful. Absolutely excellent service .Even worked in his own time this weekend to get my sons phone fixed for him. Also had suits cleaned there , batteries in 2 watches and passport photos taken since we moved to Worcester last year. Did an excellent job each time and would definitely recommend.

I have previously left a rave review for this branch but my experience was very different today. I called in at 10.30 to have two additional keys made from two keys and one additional key from two different keys. I carefully put the ones needing two copies on one side of the counter and the others on the other. I was surprised to see him sweep all of them into his hand but so be it. When I returned, I found that he had made two keys of one set from which I only wanted one copy and only one from a different one from which I wanted two. When I pointed this out he said that he had done what I had asked for. When I begged to differ, he was extremely arrogant and said that he had been doing this for 10 years and it was impossible for him to make a mistake. It would have been very different if he had said something like "I'm pretty sure I did what you asked." To think that you are God and cannot make a mistake is extremely arrogant. Only when I asked how I could make a complaint did he grudgingly offer to put things right. His whole manner was extremely rude and arrogant. Quite unlike any other Timpson staff I have ever met. I will get my keys cut elsewhere in future.

I had a watch battery changed three weeks ago. I was told at the time that the price would either be £9 or £12 to guarantee the work. I thought it was a little excessive and have never had a problem when a battery has been changed in the past. When the battery was being changed, the facia feel out. Since then moisture has got in and the dial is practically invisible. This morning I have found that the watch is now not working at all. As I did not pay the extra at the time, I effectively need to go somewhere else and pay again or throw my watch away. Going here was a total waste of time and money. The dual pricing policy is sharp practice and any product should be guaranteed for 12 months.
