Definitely one of the best immigration solicitors. I’ve been trying to call my mother over on a visit visa for almost a decade but the UKVI had previously refused her application twice due to lack of social and economical ties. I was so disappointed that I almost gave up and I didn’t bother applying again for few years as there were really no change in her circumstances to satisfy the UKVI that she will return back after a short visit and then recently Mr Farukh Tufail was recommended to me by one of my friends. I honestly cannot thank Mr Tufail enough for helping me with my mother’s visa application. No doubt he’s very talented. He’s carefully assessed the application and the previous refusals letters and given the current circumstances he has prepared a detailed covering letter to overcome the hurdles and despite my mother wasn’t the strongest candidate Mr Tufail really did his magic and today my mother has received her passport with 2 years multiple visit visa and I’m over the moon 😇🙏 I would definitely recommend Mr Farukh Tufail to anyone who is in a similar situation or if you just need help with any immigration related matters. He’s the best!! 💯

I Highly recommend TM Fortis solicitors. I met Mrs Miah when I was in a very critical and vulnerable position with my imagination status. She gave me the advice I “did not want to hear” at that time, However it was the best advice I needed. I followed her advice and departure the UK at my on will, I continued working with Mrs Miah while I was out of the uk. Great firm. They have given me valuable advice without charging me. Mr Miah is a very experienced conveyancing solicitor. I didn’t get in trouble by following his advice about an auctioned flat I was considering buying on a mortgage. Fees are reasonable too. Highly recommend.
