Chris Price2 StarUnfortunately great choice and face to face service is drastically let down by the fact that you can no longer call the store directly to track your orders and are instead offered an app, a Web link or a long and drawn out automated call and ages on hold. While I can see that this may streamline business, it also acts as a platform for forced marketing and takes a lot away from otherwise great customer service.Thursday 16th December 2021
