My daughter wanted to try their tacos. Was quick and good. We tried their churros too, but I have had better churros elsewhere.

Very nice food. Clean and tidy. The windows were sparkling. The staff were friendly and efficient. Food is very good quality. Inside the Mall on the upper level towards M & S end. Does get very busy at peak hours as its only a small place.

Nice food. Great burritos. Much fresher and tasty than most greasy fast food places. Big fan of the Chicken. Pork seemed a little off; made my partner a bit poorly but can't be certain it was that. Not bad value for money. Would come again and an alternative to other fast food places.

I simply have no words for what happened to me at cribbs causeway burrito shop in Bristol. There was no problem with the service, everything was fine, the staff were very kind and served me kindly. I would like to note that I am vegan and I asked for the burrito bowl and one burrito with vegan toppings and also ordered 2 portions vegan churros. Because I really like burrito and I go to this store a lot, so I know roughly how much what I ordered costs and how much I will pay. I asked the lady who worked to give me the bill so that I could see why I was paying so much. Then she confusedly said, "Excuse me, but there were two nachos and chorizo topping on the bill, but so I'm vegan",they refunded the money to the card, but which I haven't received so far and they still haven't given me an bill. When I asked her to give me the invoice for the third time, she pressed an invoice for an £1 refund into my hand( chorizo ). After asking for the fourth time, they finally gave me the original invoice, I did a photo of. You can clearly see what is on the invoice. I think it's outrageous And I'm sure they put more money in the account on purpose, they thought I wouldn't notice anyway, if they stole 20 people a day( but I think more than 20) that is a nice pocket money by end of the day. This is unacceptable. I want investigation.
