This company is a shambles and don't have a clue there staff is badly treated I would advise not to use this company or its services

I hired the company to do an end of tenancy cleaning for my 2 bedroom apartment. It was honestly one of the worse experiences I've had with a company. The boss Frank James, was very unresponsive at critical points. But the worst part was his complete lack of ethics and mismanagement of the situation. He gave a quote for the cleaning service which I agreed too and halfway through the cleaning demanded DOUBLE the agreed-upon price i.e. £190. I offered to pay an extra £50 out of respect for the cleaning as that was okay so far but he insisted on DOUBLE and proceeded to take the cleaners midway through the job. I had already cleaned the place prior to his visit so the place was not in a state to warrant DOUBLE the price. I informed him of the number of rooms prior and he knew the services I required but still attempted to get DOUBLE the agreed price. He forced his cleaners to leave before completion, leading to more issues and headache. After leaving, he continued to demand the DOUBLE for the uncompleted job! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, unless you want stress and unprofessionalism
