Mia O'Gorman5 StarCathy is a truly wonderful practitioner. I had my first treatment yesterday and loved everything about it. Cathy is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, generous, kind and incredibly skilled. I had the 'totally tranquil' 2 hour experience, which included a personal health consultation, choosing aromatherapy oils to meet my needs, hot stone massage, reflexology and head massage. This combined into a beautifully relaxing, grounding and healing treatment leaving me in a quiet state of bliss, followed by the best night's sleep I've had in ages and waking this morning with more calmness, clarity and focus. Cathy’s expertise of choosing the right oils for me along with her massage techniques was a truly wonderful experience, I would highly recommend her.
