Arien Starkey1 StarAwful company. We were looking to book multiple courses on site over a period of three days. After countless emails and phone calls, I was able to get a date confirmed over the phone and was advised I would receive confirmation. I was then advised there was an issue with the booking.
After seven emails and twelve calls, I was always told that only Joe could deal with my booking and that he would call me back by the end of the day. We were meant to have a booking for May 2nd, and I have called every day since the 17th of April to get a confirmation on some more information about what is going on, as we were keeping machinery on hire for the training. I have yet to receive a call back or even a follow-up email. As property developers, we have never dealt with such an incompetent company. As we are on such tight time scales, we have gone with another company who has been great. I would highly recommend using CITP. There have been no issues, and the staff have been very efficient.Wednesday 27th April 2022

For some reason colleagues and friends using other companies have had their card through within a week.
