I needed to have some fence panels changed over for a different size. Rees went above and beyond to get them shipped in from Chepstow the next day and called me to let me know. Excellent local service ! I definitely will buy again from TP

Have bought several products from this store and never been completely satisfied. Sand and gravel is in deceptively small bags. Prices often 'on application' which encourages 'as much as we think we can charge' in my opinion. Staff at this branch seem completely ignorant of lime based products, not so at other branches. That said, they are useful when other stores are not open or out of stock.

We have used them often. Staff are very helpful and friendly but today we had post delivered that are rotten and soaking wet. The drivers deliver them on pallets that we have to despose of and carry all items up 2 flights of steps. We were short on items on one delivery and had to prove that we were short of the items we payed for. Being short on delivery driver's don't help either, as we had to get a family member to wait at our's, as the day originally arranged for delivery was cancelled as too many deliveries not enough drivers. 😣 We didn't pay for rotten wood. You will be having it back.

I have used this particular Travis Perkins a few times. Very friendly staff with good stock levels. Delivery's are always on time. Not the cheapest out there, but great service.
