Trying to find an estate agent to look after my UK property whilst I am living abroad was a nightmare. So glad I found Treewood. From day one I received excellent service and all issues are being dealt with and resolved promptly. Couldn't wish for more reliable and friendly service. Having previously used big agencies I was not satisfied with the service that I was getting. I found Treewood on google and spoke to their lettings department, I just felt so at ease and comfortable that I decided to give them a go, I have not looked back since. Their service is fantastic and they look after my properties so well and find me really good tenants. I've lived 2 and a half happy years in my flat in North London that Ash, from Treewood Estate Agents, manages. Ash always dealt with all my issues in a very prompt manner, and important issues always got resolved within a day or two. Whenever I thought the professionals were sent to resolve an issue (e.g., a plumber) were not efficient or professional enough, he had no problems sending someone else and always for a better ending. I am very sad I have to leave Treeword Properties as an agent as where I am moving they don't manage any property. I strongly recommend Ash and his team, and in 4 years in London, I found no one as efficient and professional as him. So happy to have had you as an agent Ash. When I started renting out my property with Treewood they were very helpful. As the arrangement continued they only got better. All the relevant details from tenants were collected without me asking and when I selected the tenants they were excellent and reliable. After dealing with Treewood for over 10 years I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. More than satisfied, honestly the best agency I have dealt with so far in my life as a tenant, truly first class and stress-free service. I wish there were many more agencies of this type as Treewood, they make life easier for everybody. I 100000% recommend it.

When I started renting out my property with Treewood they were very helpful. As the arrangement continued they only got better. We used Treewood to sell our property. Marios was fantastic. We had a bit of a tricky route to exchange and Marios went far above and beyond the call of duty in ensuring all other parties, solicitors and agents were kept on their toes and got to the point of exchange. He even sent us emails late each night for update so that he could work on things for us first thing in the morning. He was also great at selling our place. He worked tirelessly to get good quality buyers and had a perfect buyer within a week. We'd highly, highly recommend.
