Tregunter is a small business owned by Sarah Gunter, making a range of high quality homemade preserves, including jams, jellies, marmalades, chutneysand curds. Whenever possible, the preserves include produce that is grown or picked by Sarah or her family and friends. Tregunter’s homemade preserves are made at the time best suited to each fruit or vegetable which ensures the best possible taste from each ingredient.

As Sarah has a total cow’s milk intolerance, all the preserves are suitable for people with a lactose or cow’s milk intolerance and a wheat intolerance. Many of the chutneys are made using wine or cider vinegars which also makes them gluten free, whilst the rest use various forms of malt vinegar which contains very small quantities of barley gluten, although the coeliac society says this should be okay for the vast majority of coeliacs. They are also free from artificial preservatives, colourings and additives. As well as through this website, Tregunter gluten free and homemade preserves can be bought at any of the events that Sarah attends, which are regularly updated on the market events page. At events you also have the opportunity to taste a range of the preserves. You can also choose to order here online and collect them at an event if you are local, and you can choose to pay by cash when at the check out if you have selected to collect at a market.
