I contacted Harry True to seek advice regarding an issue with work carried out by a loft company. Harry provided excellent advice and reviewed the loft company contract and video evidence showing the fault. He assisted with writing a letter to the loft company and determined that I should pursue the them to fix the issue or to seek compensation for costs to fix. As the nature and responsibility of the issue was quite clear, Harry did not charge for this advice which was greatly appreciated. I would imagine that there would be many other surveyors who would have been quite keen to unnecessarily write a costly report at this stage. I would definitely use True Associates again and would recommend to others.

Peter and Jacqui where brilliant at handling our party wall requirements, we had a particularly difficult party wall surveyor on one side of our property and they dealt with it in a very professional manner and continually pushed to get the awards agreed in time for us to start building.

True Associates is expensive for sure, but where my dealings with them got unstuck was when I had an unexpected and urgent issue with my party wall needs and the firm blanked me for three weeks, not returning my calls even when begged to. The firm showed a true lack of care and empathy with my situation, despite having billed me almost £5,000. Truly disappointing.
