I called True Physio after really struggling to get back to playing tennis due to tennis elbow. Jessica took the time to fully assess my pain levels and how it was affecting me. I had two sessions, given exercises and stretches to do and I am now, gently, back to tennis and coaching! Actual life saver, as not being able to be on court was really getting me down! Thank you so much, Jessica! I will definitely recommend!

I’ve been several times to True Physio, and went back after a shoulder injury flared up. Despite being tricky to diagnose, the issue was identified and treated within a couple of sessions. I was sent away with some good exercises and stretches which have put me on the road to recovery. I’d recommend anyone who needs a physio to give them a call.
