Truly Fine Dry Cleaning

They should change their name to Truly Shite! Despite earlier indications, I continued to use this dry cleaner for the last few months, well no more. Every time I have been in there, there has been a problem. I’ve now experienced: - damaged clothes - to which they refused any liability, even though the item had only been worn once before it went to them - missing items - they couldn’t find in the store, but miraculously appeared when they realise I wasn’t leaving until they’ve found it - items not ready in time - marks and stains still on clothes, after they’d told me they would be able to get rid of them - items belonging to other people included in my returned items I’ve been using various different dry cleaners for years and have never had any problems, so I really struggle to see how 1 dry cleaner can make such a hash of it! Will never use again, avoid like the plague
