I’ve ordered a few bits from Tweeks before and all has been fine. This time around I needed to use a cycle scheme voucher and so needed to speak to someone on the phone. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the order was completed with ease. Dispatch and delivery was then rapid, with a bulky item (kids trailer) arriving within 24 hours of ordering

Ordered a mini pump and co2 inflator late one afternoon. Items were dispatched next day and arrived 2 days later as expected. Both items perfect and well packaged. Prices were good and delivery cost very reasonable (I choose cheapest delivery option). I know there are quite a lot of negative reviews so I guess not everyone's experience has been the same as mine but I am very happy with the service I received from Tweaks and will happily use them again in the future.

Ordered some items. Then after about 7days received a refund, with zero communication. So ordered else where and the was, without my consent, charged for the items again 4weeks later! They sent me the items I no longer needed and expect me to pay for the postage, after confirming on the phone it would be refunded. Awful e-commerce and customer service. Take you business elsewhere.

Terrible service. I ordered a Topeak mid loader bag from this company. They charge for postage and then use Royal Mail untracked to send it. My parcel has inevitably now gone missing due to royal mails shambolic delivery service and when I asked the customer service their response was that this was my fault for not using their premium delivery service for a whopping £6.99 Various other shipping companies (yodel, evri, inpost) would have provided a tracked service for £3.98 and of all these tweeks chose to use Royal Mail 2nd class unrecorded. Now I have a day to go out and find a new bag for my trip and pay twice while I wait to see if the one I’ve already paid for ever turns up, or if it’s a wait until I have to claim for a refund. Silly and totally avoidable. It’s now been 5 weeks since I ordered my bag and no refund or bag. Apparently it’s with ‘accounts’ but apparently I cannot speak to them.
