I had my windows installed by UK windows and doors ltd and because I was so happy with the quality and fast service I decided to also get both my doors done by them too. The prices are unbeatable I had several quotes but these were the best and now I can say the quality is also great. I did have a few issues but they were sorted and I am overall really happy with the service. Imran kept in touch throughout the whole process and was extremely friendly catered to our requests accordingly. I have already recommended uk windows and doors ltd to all family and friends and would continue to do so. Definitely get your moneys worth. Date of experience: 03 July 2023

I am very pleased with UK Windows & Doors limited company coming and fiting our new grey windows. They have done a fantastic job. The cleaned and maintained a high standard of care to our property, we hope to use thier business in the nearer future and would highly recommend them installing your windows and doors.

Absoloutely shocking experience! The owner of the company came out to measure the windows and gave estimate! Parents were elderly so he took advantage of there vulnerability took all cash £10,400 before the job was complete telling them he needed money upfront for materials bless them they trusted him and gave it, he had not measured brick to brick from the outside, his fitters came damaged our kitchen cladding ruined our carpets as they dont even wear shoe covers , caused damage to bathroom, dust sheets they came with were all ripped, they damaged brick work when they took out existing windows. Finally weeks later they returned realising it was there mistakes as the windows needed to be pushed back, they then left further damage, left all the mess and now the owner is refusing to come back to rectify any of the damages.hes not finished the job no silicone from outside , also not trimmed them , looks a right mess!Taking it up with trading standards and demanding full refund as enough is enough, being going on since june! Now the owner is refusing to answer his phone, trading standards it is! This company should be ashamed of taking advantage of vulnerable people so be warned! If I could, I would give them -5 and that's a understatement! And what's worse they ripped the sills out which damaged the plaster on wall and left huge holes! promised to plaster it only because I noticed it, soon as my back was turned they filled it with white silicone glue and thought we wouldnt notice, complete cowboys! Shame on you uk windows!!! Definately dont offer a service like your website states!

We have purchased pvc windows, bifolds and an aluminium feature window from these guys for our build. Having had horrid experiences with so many different tradesmen along the way, we were naturally on edge when coming across someone new. Imran was extremely responsive, beat the quote we had (from an unreliable company), had a fast and efficient turnaround and fitting times. We made it clear how difficult we find trusting tradesmen and Imran put us at so much ease throughout the whole process. He ensured everything was in writing, offered full transparency and a full breakdown of payment phases etc along the way. Our windows have since been fitted and we are really really pleased with the service and quality. We will always use these guys on future jobs. Thanks again for being one of the good guys.
