Please do not use this bank, Total fraudulent, do not deserve any star. Payment always late, some transections declined but money gone from my account and send back to me after some time. They block my App, asking my personnel bank statements ,which contain many information. Many Pakistani like me think this is Pakistani bank and we should use it. But at the end total waste of time. Please be careful and try not to use it.

This is a scam net remitence.i tried to transfer money to Pakistan and UBL declined my transaction but my UK bank approved the transaction and money gone out from my bank account.there is no customer service at all in UBL UK.now I am going to forward my case to FCA.never recomend

30 minutes wait time every time you call them When you get logged in to your account they do not answer secure messages that you send them. Waited a month for them to transfer an ISA but they hadn't even started the process. Gave up and took my business elsewhere. Appalling, absolutely useless. Do not trust your money with them.
